We kindly ask that you do not send back any items without obtaining a return authorization from us. Failure to obtain a return authorization may result in delays or inability to process your return and store credits. Return Processing Time and Deadline: We will process the returns within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned package. The items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.
