Change of Adress/Cancellation
- Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
After placing an order, we will send you a confirmation message with the shipping address provided. Please ensure that the address is correct during this stage, as we won't be able to make any changes once the package is posted. Incorrect addresses may lead to non-delivery, and no refunds will be given in such cases.
- Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible only if we haven't sent out the order yet. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order, and we will assist you with the cancellation process.
My package is being returned. What should I do?
- What should I do if my package is being returned to Ebony Divine Beauty?**
If your package is being returned to us for any reason, we recommend you to keep a close check on its transit and contact your local post office immediately if you notice any abnormalities. To have the package reshipped, you will need to pay for postage again. Alternatively, if you decide to cancel the order, we will issue a refund for the item price only, excluding shipping costs.
- Will I be provided with tracking information for my package?**
Yes, all our packages are sent with tracking. We strongly encourage customers to keep a close check on their packages using the provided tracking information. However, please note that once the package is sent out, we have no control over its handling and delivery.
Tracking states delivered, but I did not receive it?
- What should I do if the tracking status shows that my package is delivered, but I haven't received it?
First, check your mailbox and the surrounding areas of your home to ensure the package wasn't misplaced. You can also ask your family if they received the package on your behalf.
- What should I do if the package is still missing?
In case you haven't found the package after checking the above steps, promptly contact your local post office to inform them about the missing package. Request the GPS location of the package from the post office to gather more information. If you suspect that the package was stolen, please file a police report immediately and let us know about the situation.
